How do I book?
Send the short inquiry form. Tell me who's in the photos and roughly when. I reply within the day with next steps.
How far ahead should I book?

Do I have to pay to inquire?
No. Inquiring costs nothing.
How much does a session cost?
It depends on the session type, the location and how many people or pets are in the photos, so I quote each one. Send an inquiry and I reply within the day with a price for your session. Every session includes 30 minutes to 1 hour, 20 edited photos and a private online gallery.

Kids and families
What if my child won't cooperate?
That's fine. Sessions run 30 minutes to 1 hour, and I photograph kids as they move and play instead of lining them up. If we need a break, we take one.
My partner hates having their photo taken. Will it work?
Yes, it usually does. I don't ask anyone to perform. I give small, easy directions and keep the session short.
What should we wear?
Wear what you'd be comfortable in all day. Colours that sit well together look better than matching outfits, and plain fabrics look best in natural light. Skip small busy patterns and big logos.
Can grandparents or relatives join?
Yes. Tell me who's coming in the inquiry, including anyone who can't walk far.
Dogs and pets
My dog is very excited. Is that a problem?
No. Tell me how excited in the inquiry and we'll plan around it. Your dog can be on lead or off, whatever is comfortable for them and safe where we are.
My dog is nervous or reactive. Can we still book?
Yes. Tell me what makes them nervous when you inquire. We'll keep things comfortable for them, on lead or off, wherever feels safest.
On lead or off lead?
Either. Whatever your dog is comfortable with, as long as it's safe for the location.
Can my other pets be in the photos?
Yes. Other pets at home are welcome.
Do you photograph cats or other animals?

Locations and weather
Where do you shoot?
In Makati, BGC and nearby areas, outdoors or at your home. [TODO: specific places and travel fee beyond]
Can you shoot at my home?
Yes. I use the natural light from your windows, so I don't bring studio lights. [TODO: any limits for small spaces]
What if it rains?

Gallery and prints
How many photos do I get?
20 edited photos.
How long until I get them?
1 to 2 weeks after your session.
How do I get my photos?
You download them from a private online gallery. I'll send you the link. The Client gallery link in the footer takes you there too. [TODO: confirm gallery tool, whether it needs a code, and how long it stays online]

Photos and privacy
Will you post my photos online?
Only if you say it's fine. The inquiry form asks whether I can share a few photos on my website and Instagram. You can answer "Yes, that's fine", "Ask me first" or "Please keep them private". Saying no won't change anything about your session. That goes for photos of your children too. If you choose "Ask me first", I check with you before anything goes up. You can change your answer later by emailing jessmagusara@gmail.com.
